Espresso Cajetalitas

Carmelitas with a Blondie’s twist! These delicious oatmeal bars are not only made with a mix of dark and semi-sweet Belgian chocolates and espresso, but also have a layer of my homemade cajeta caramel! Sprinkled with raw toasted pecans and flaky sea salt, these bars are absolutely divine.

Ingredients:
